As Legacy Home Collective’s Director of Operations, Baylee Wales plays an important role in creating a smooth, organized, and personalized real estate experience. Since joining the team in 2023, she has combined her creativity, organization, and attention to detail to support marketing, coordinate paperwork, manage transaction timelines, and keep behind-the-scenes communication running smoothly. From contract to closing, Baylee helps ensure the details are handled with care so clients and agents can feel confident throughout the process.

 

Baylee understands that buying or selling a home involves many moving pieces, and she takes pride in helping keep everything on track. Whether she’s coordinating important documents, assisting with marketing efforts, or making sure everyone has the information they need, she knows that the little things can make a big difference. Her work helps support the team’s commitment to thoughtful service, clear communication, and a positive client experience.

 

At Legacy Home Collective, Baylee works closely with Lauren Miller and the team to bring their vision to life. She enjoys being part of a team that values genuine relationships, attention to detail, and going the extra mile for clients. While much of her work happens behind the scenes, she plays a meaningful part in helping buyers and sellers navigate one of life’s biggest milestones. For Baylee, real estate is about more than paperwork and deadlines; it’s about helping people move into their next chapter with a little less stress and a lot more confidence.

Outside of work, Baylee’s favorite titles are wife, mom to two little boys, and dog mom. Family is at the center of her world, and she loves making memories together, whether that means enjoying a relaxed day at home or heading out for an adventure. Life with two little boys keeps things busy, fun, and always a little unpredictable!

 

When she’s not keeping the real estate world organized, Baylee enjoys four-wheeling, planning a good long weekend getaway, and exploring somewhere new with her family. She believes some of the best memories come from getting away from the everyday routine and spending quality time with the people who matter most. And when life gets especially busy, a favorite energy drink is never far away!
