As Director of Operations for Legacy Home Collective, Baylee Wales is the person helping keep all the moving pieces connected behind the scenes. Since joining the team in 2023, she has played an important role in coordinating the details that keep transactions on track, from marketing and paperwork to timelines, communication, and everything in between.

 

Baylee understands that a smooth real estate experience takes more than finding the right home or accepting the right offer. It takes organization, thoughtful communication, and someone paying attention to the details along the way. She works closely with the team to help ensure clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the process, while keeping the many behind-the-scenes details moving in the right direction.
