The Home Stretch: Summer Vibes and Our "Splash" Countdown!

It's officially the longest week of the year! With the summer solstice behind us, we are soaking up every extra minute of Northland sunshine. Whether you're spending your evenings at the ballfields or cooling off at Smithville Lake, June in Missouri is in full swing. 

At Legacy Home Collective, our office is buzzing this week - partly because the market is moving fast, but mostly because we are just six days away from our favorite event of the year! 

Reminder: Splash into Summer is This Sunday!

If you haven't marked your calendars yet, here is your official invitation. We want to see our Kearney and Liberty neighbors out in force!

• When: Sunday, June 28th | 1:00-3:00pm

• The Details: We're bringing the fun to the Lion's Park Splash Pad!

• What to Expect: Kids of all ages are welcome for FREE snow cones, face painting, games, and some incredible local vendors. 

This isn't a sales event - it's a community event. We built this "Collective" to be a part of the fabric of the Northland, and there's no better way to do that than with a snow cone in hand.

• Liberty Summer Band Concert (June 23rd): Head over to the square at 7:30pm for a beautiful, free outdoor concert. It's the quintessential "small town summer" experience. 

• Last Chance for June Market Moves: For our friends looking to be in a new home before the school year starts, this is the "Golden Week." Homes listed now are ideally positioned for a late-July or early-August closing.

It sounds boring, but a quick 10-minute safety check ensures your "Legacy" gatherings remain worry-free all season long!
